How does payment work?
First submit a non-binding order request. After checking it, we personally send a payment request. The order becomes final once paid.
How quickly will my lamp arrive?
This varies by country. The estimate within the Netherlands is 1–3 business days; your country's estimate appears in the order request.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Every shipment includes tracking.
What functions does the lamp have?
The lamp has 16 LED colours, four modes and dimming. The remote control is included.
Can I request my own design?
Describe your idea through the contact form. We will tell you what is possible and at what price.
Can I return an item?
Always contact us immediately if there is a problem. Your statutory consumer rights remain applicable; clearly personalised products may be subject to different return rules.
